our invoicing system

How to pay

We offer new students one free trial class before they register for a place in our school.

Invoices are sent 3 times a year coinciding with our termly calendar. A term may be between 10 and 14 weeks long and each invoice is emailed to you before a new term is due to begin. We ask that invoices are paid by week 1 of the term via bank transfer, details of which can be found on each invoice - please use your child’s name and current invoice number as reference.

Please note, as per our Rules and Regulations we require half a terms written notice should you/your child no longer wish to attend classes with us.

Our discounts

Depending on how many classes each student attends, or how many children from the same family attend our school, we offer the following:

  • 2 classes/week - 5% off the 2nd class

  • 3 classes/week - 10% off the 3rd class

  • 4 classes/week - 15% off the 4th class

  • 5 classes/week or more - 20% off
